So you might have heard that we missed our flight to San Francisco from Denver?! Yes, it was quite a disaster and not the best way to start the second leg of our journey, but sometimes that's the way things go. We were able to get on a flight later in the afternoon after the messy snowstorm and were on our way. It actually ended up to be really nice because since it was late afternoon, both kids were exhausted and fell asleep right away. Brad and I were able to read, watch TV, and enjoy a very peaceful flight without having to entertain kids the whole time!
We took SO many pictures during our stay in California, I'll just let them tell the story in the next few posts...
After checking into our hotel, we quickly headed to Cafe Mason for dinner. Brody and Leyton were very happy with their "fancy" chocolate milks.

The next morning we headed to the Ferry Building for a quick breakfast and then to catch a ferry ride. Brody couldn't resist chasing the pigeons.

We took a trolley ride up the incredibly steep hills back to our hotel, and then we were Healdsburg bound!
