Beachin'

Oma and Opa joined us on our first morning in Galveston at Stewart Beach. We spent nearly the entire day there, and it was a perfect beach day! Again, the seaweed wasn't the best, but I had heard such horror stories before getting there that I was really expecting something much worse. We had to step over it to get in and out of the water, but that wasn't really a big deal. And the boys actually liked it because they found interesting things that washed up in it.

Baby girl quickly settled down for a little nap on the beach while everyone else played in the sand and water...

The kids, along with Brad and Oma, found more hermit crabs than I have ever seen in my life. We were overrun with those little creatures. They kept the boys busy all day long. They just couldn't get enough of them!

Sun-kissed and sandy, we had a great day and all slept really well that night!
