We got booed. I've heard of it before, but no one has ever actually done it to us. However, on Monday after dinner, we heard a knocking on the door followed by a burst of laughter as two tow-headed kids ran to their car and quickly sped away. When we opened the door, we found a bag waiting to greet us with all sorts of fun treats and a sign from the Halloween Hob Goblin. The idea of booing someone is spreading Halloween cheer, so after you get booed, you are supposed to boo three more people within three days. We quickly got to work picking out some treats of our own, filling our cute little boxes and attaching our ghost sign. We let Brody and Leyton each choose three of their friends to "boo," and we drove around after dinner on Wednesday leaving our little gifts on doorsteps, but not before ringing the doorbell and running away, laughing hysterically all the way.
