SBL #28: Gnome Garden

We tackled one of our bucket list items the first week of being home, and it has been quite a hit! Brody really wanted to make a Gnome/Fairy Garden for our back deck. We took a little trip to Bachman's and stocked up on miniature plants, a bridge, an arbor, and the cutest little adirondack chair. Then we came home and put it all together. The best part for the kids was filling the pond with pebbles and creating a path around the garden for the gnome.  I have always loved miniatures, so this was right up my alley!  The end result is a cute little space for our friends to rest, and we are hoping to attract many gnomes/fairies to our yard this summer!

We already had two visits from Gregor the Garden Gnome over the weekend...he left little notes in his seat and some stickers for the boys. Maybe fairy dust will be next...
