We have had a very busy few weeks around here. Since the boy's birthday party, we've attended two other birthday parties, chowed down at the State Fair, and driven to Texas for a 10 day excursion with my family. Pics from all our adventures to come, but here are some shots taken at Lily's birthday party at the end of August. Lily's favorite character right now is Belle from Beauty and the Beast, so this year she had a Belle party, complete with a Belle cake, a Belle pinata, and a visit from the real Belle, who showed up at the party just in time to wow the kids with a story and some temporary tatoos! It was a great get together, and we hope Lily had a wonderful time at her party!
Brody actually requested that I take his and Leyton's pic before we left for the party. Funny how he will smile for the camera when it's his idea!
