Today you turned FOUR!! You have been part of our family, the third brother, our sweet Callan George for four whole years! Wow--it sure has gone fast! Today was all about you, little man. It was fun to see how excited you were about your special day when you are not used to being the center of attention. We were so happy to have a day to celebrate you and only YOU!!
You woke up to find your door barricaded with streamers and a banner!
After escaping, you headed downstairs to find a stack of presents waiting for you on the dining room table.
Time to rip into them...First one, a new train from Grandaddy and Grandma!
...then some awesome monster trucks from your auntie, uncle, and cousins!
A robotic fish from Brody, some new swords from Emmeline, a rocket launcher from Leyton, and a bow and arrow set from Mommy and Daddy were quickly opened soon after. You were a happy birthday boy!
After you opened your gifts, we headed into the kitchen to have cupcakes for breakfast, with candles and party hats, too!
Then it was time to head outside for some fun on the new trampoline! Thanks, Oma and Opa, for this fun new gift for all the grandboys' birthdays!
What a fun morning, and that was only the beginning. We spent the afternoon with Grandma and Grandpa, and you got some more fun things there, with more cake! :) Next week we will celebrate with your friends at a birthday party at Pump It Up. We are so proud of you and so happy and thankful to have you in our lives. We love watching you grow and change, and we look forward to all the days ahead. Happy happy birthday, Callan! We hope you know how much you are loved!!
