Callan @ 13 Months!

Well, it took over 12 months to get them, but Callan finally has teeth! Six of them to be exact...and they all came in at the same time! You might think that sounds miserable, but apparently he did not. This little guy just took it all in stride, and I didn't hear one extra peep out of the ordinary. Now with a mouth full of chompers, he's starting to look more like a little boy and less like my sweet baby! But I am happy to discover that he really did have teeth hiding in those gums after all!

In other news, Callan went to visit Dr. Bodine for his 12 month check-up. He continues to surprise me at just how little he is. Thankfully, he hasn't quite fallen off the charts just yet. He weighs just barely 20 pounds--19.95 to be exact, which puts him in the 10th percentile for weight. For height, he's at 31 inches, or the 75th percentile, and his little head circumference is still hanging out in the 10th percentile as well. Little beanpole he is! You would never think he would be so small if you ever watched him eat. He is quite the eater, and will consume just about anything I put on his plate and then scream out "ma, ma, ma" when he wants more. I guess this size is just how he is meant to be. :)

No walking yet, but he's getting closer every day. He loves to "walk" all over the house pushing his favorite tractor toy. In the video, you'll see him walking on his knees, but now he's graduated to walking on his feet while pushing it.

He also loves to play with his brothers. It is really cute to watch them together, when they're all getting along. ;) Callan doesn't hold back, and as you'll see below, he can be quite the instigator! I love how he just keeps coming back for more!

It's hard work keeping up with these three busy boys, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
