Here's our little lovey enjoying some exercise in his bouncer. This is the way he likes to spend his time when Mommy is getting ready in the bathroom. He watches and offers beauty advice! :)
Leyton is doing great--SO close to sitting up, I just know he'll be doing it independently any day now. I can't wait for him to be able to sit up by himself, but then I remember that that brings us one step closer to being mobile, and I am definitely NOT ready for that!
He started three new foods this week--sweet potatoes, pears, and oatmeal, and par for the course, he loves them all! I am really tempted by this little contraption, but for right now my mini-prep food processor along with Earth's Best and Happy Baby jarred and frozen foods are working out just fine. I feel like he is getting huge and has changed so much in the past month. I think it happened once he started solids. It's hard to believe that Brody was really two pounds bigger at this age because Leyton seems like a roly-poly thick little chub to me.
The little man continues to be happy as a clam and is now full of curiosity, grabbing for anything and everything that comes his way. I am seriously going to have my hands full when I've got two running around!
