A Day In the Life of an Elf

Each year, Macy's Downtown puts on a free animated puppet show during the holidays that is such a fun treat to see.  For all you Smith Files followers, you might remember that last year was The Nutcracker.  Well, this year was A Day in the Life of an Elf.  It was really cute...seemed a bit shorter than in year's past but definitely worth the visit.  The boys and I met Daddy at his office on Friday night and went to dinner and then the puppet show.  The line was fairly long as usual, but you always have an advantage of getting a little bit ahead if you have a stroller. Brody was completely mesmerized by everything around him.  It was almost more fun to watch the excitement in his eyes than the puppets.  Very fun family night out!
