On Saturday I took the boys to the Lake Harriet Trolley for their annual "Farmer Ken's Pumpkin Patch" trolley ride. Even though we already had two nice pumpkins at home, we added one more to the bunch. (I'm going to have a LOT of carving to do on Friday!) The boys had fun climbing all over the pumpkins and riding the trolley full of spooky Halloween decorations--Brody thought the skeleton was the best!
Then we headed out to Yumi and Eric's for pizza and pumpkin carving. I didn't actually get around to doing any carving while we were there, so I am still going to have a lot of carving to do on Friday. The kids enjoyed some playtime, and Leyton got to sit at the big kid table for the first time! I just can't believe he's ready for that!
